Kendra the Koala

A Christmas story about a little koala named Kendra who loves Christmas more than anything in the whole world! When Mrs Claus gets a cold just days before Christmas, Santa knows just who to call to save the day. Kendra and her family get whisked away on a huge adventure to save Christmas and share their festive spirit!

Through these twenty pages I tried to showcase the journey of Kendra and her family through limited palettes that showcases the difference in winter and summer. This was a commission project for a local family in Brisbane. I wanted character and warmth to shine through the pages whilst keeping a hand-drawn rustic style.
